Guests may choose either a Salad, a Sandwich or a 3 topping Pizza for their lunch option.

SALADS– choice of dressing: blue cheese, champagne vinaigrette, citrus Caesar, ranch, thousand island and pumpkin vinaigrette- Add chicken to any salad.

  1. Caesar Salad – Romaine, crispy capers, house made croutons, and shaved Parmesan with citrus Caesar dressing
  2. Harvest Salad – Mixed greens, red onion, candied pepitas, dried cranberries, toasted butternut squash with pumpkin vinaigrette
  3. Public Salad – Mixed greens, red onions, tomatoes, toasted almonds, dried cranberries, feta and choice of dressing.

SANDWICHES – served with Kettle Chips and a pickle- gluten free bread available.

  1. Cheeseburger – Custom blend burger with cheddar, lettuce and Roma tomatoes on a brioche bun. Sub a turkey burger or veggie burger
  2. Shaved Prime Rib – Provolone, naan bread and Giardaniera aioli. Add peppers and onions.
  3. Rueben – Corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and thousand island on marbled rye.
  4. Chicken Gyro – House made tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion and feta on naan bread, served with a side of Kalamata olives
  5. Turkey and Smoked Gouda – Turkey, smoked Gouda, Michigan Gala apples, mixed greens and cranberry-rosemary aioli on sourdough.
  6. Cod Banh Mi – Parmesan crusted cod fillet, cilantro-lime tarter and banh-mi veggies on a Kaiser roll.

PIZZA- – Create your own Pizza with 3 toppings- Gluten free cauliflower crust is available.

Sauce- Red, BBQ, beer cheese, garlic oil

Cheeses – Extra cheese, goat cheese, fresh Mozzarella, feta, Parmesan

Toppings- Bacon, pulled chicken, ham, hard salami, pepperoni, sausage, black olives, green olives, tomatoes, garlic, green peppers, mushrooms, red or white onions, artichoke hearts, giardiniera, banana peppers, pickled jalapenos, pineapple and roasted red peppers.
