How do I secure a reservation?
Reservations can be made on our website and secured with a credit card. Once we receive your payment, a booking confirmation will be sent via email. If you booked an all-inclusive tour, we will email you a lunch menu to view and send back your entree selections. A few days before your tour or shuttle rental, we will reach out and give you the itinerary and driver’s contact information. Please note that we do not take deposits nor do we hold buses in hopes that you will book. If you have a particular date in mind, I suggest you book it and if anything changes, you can ask for a cancellation and refund.
Is Gratuity included?
Gratuity to the wine consultants are included in the price on the All-inclusive Cadillac tours. The gratuity to the drivers are not included. Our drivers do have Venmo or Cash App for tips.
Where do we go?
We partner with over 35 wineries and breweries in the area. If you booked an All-inclusive tour, we choose the locations. If you book a 14 passenger shuttle or a Cadillac limo serive, you choose the locations.
Please note that we do not stop at Dablon Vineyards. They will not accept our tour groups as we are not welcomed there. Please do not book reservations with them as we will not be able to accommodate your request.
Can I drink on the bus?
You may bring a cooler or drinks with you on any of our tours. We ask that you do not bring glass bottles aboard and only cans or glasses with lids will be permitted. You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourselves. Please read on cleaning fee below.
We charge a Cleaning fee and this will be inforced
A cleaning fee* of $300.0 will be charged to the credit card on file if you damage the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by food or beverage spills on fabric or other surfaces, or minor bodily fluids messes (vomit),
*Cleaning policy applies to pre-set wine tours, Cadillac tours and Private shuttle rentals.
Is food included? Can I bring it?
Lunch is included on the All-Inclusive Cadillac tours. You can bring additional snacks on the bus and we will provide complementary water. Some destinations do not allow outside food but many sell snacks or provide vendors on site.
Required notice for reservation?
We take reservations the day before tour dates, but we won’t refund any cancellations that occur within 30 days of booking. If you do cancel, a 5% booking fee will be applied to all cancellations.
