How do I secure a reservation?

Reservations can be made on our website and secured with a credit card. Once we receive your payment, a booking confirmation will be sent via email. If you booked an all-inclusive tour, we will email you a lunch menu to view and send back your entree selections along with the guest’s name. A few days before your tour, we will reach out and give you the itinerary and driver’s contact information. If you rented one of our shuttle buses, please provide your itinerary to us a week before your event.

Please note that we do not take deposits nor do we hold buses in hopes that you will book. If you have a particular date in mind, I suggest you book it, and if anything changes, you can ask for a cancellation and refund.

Is Gratuity included?

Gratuity to the drivers is not included in the price of the tour. Our drivers do have Venmo or Cash App for tips. The standard gratuity is $20 a person.

Where do we go?

We partner with over 35 wineries and breweries in the area. If you booked an All-inclusive tour, we choose the locations. If you book a 14-passenger shuttle, you choose the locations. Please note that Dablon Vineyards does not accept any tour groups or buses.

Can I drink on the bus?

You may bring a cooler or drinks with you on any of our tours. We ask that you do not bring glass bottles aboard and only cans or glasses with lids will be permitted. You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourselves. Please read on cleaning fee below.

We charge a Cleaning fee and this will be inforced

A cleaning fee* of $300 will be charged to the credit card on file if you damage the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by food or beverage spills on fabric or other surfaces, or minor bodily fluids messes (vomit), *Cleaning policy applies to pre-set wine tours, Cadillac tours and Private shuttle rentals.

Is food included? Can I bring it?

Lunch is included on the All-Inclusive Cadillac tours. You can bring additional snacks on the bus and we will provide complementary water. Some destinations do not allow outside food but many sell snacks or provide vendors on-site.

Required notice for reservation?

We take reservations the day before tour dates, but we won’t refund any cancellations that occur within 30 days of booking. If you do cancel, a 5% booking fee will be applied to all cancellations. Check our cancellation policy at the bottom of this page.

Photo policy

Grape & Grain Tours love it when our new friends brag on social media about us! Our marketing department reserves the right to take pictures of visitors while on our tours and put them on our social media sites. Be sure to review us on Trip Advisor, Yelp and Facebook!

What if I go over my rental time?

Extending the rental time the day of is a possibility so please check with your driver. If approved, we will charge the credit card on file $25 for every 15 minutes you are over.
